TERMS OF SERVICE
All renters must read, understand and sign the “Rental Agreement” and “Liability Waiver Form” before
renting the vehicle.
RENTAL POLICY:
• Main renter must be 18+ years old with a valid drivers license and credit card available at
check-in.
• All additional drivers in the same vehicle must be 18+ years old. Must be 21+ years old to have any passengers under 18 years old.
• Valid drivers license is required for all drivers. • Any passenger that cannot touch the floorboards with their feet (small children, infants) cannot ride in the vehicles.
• Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete and review the rental agreement and liability waiver form.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
• A $500 security deposit is required for each rental due at pick up that will be held on a credit
card.
• A $1,000 security deposit is held when using the following methods: Debit or Cash.
• Deposits will be released back to the card on file provided the unit is returned in the same condition they were sent out in.
• Please note that your deposit is released immediately upon return but it may take the bank 5-7 business days to reflect on your statement.
• In the event that you fail to provide the required security deposit, your rental will be forfeited without a refund. Therefore, we recommend that you come prepared on the day of your rental with a card that can authorize a hold for $500.

damage policy:
• Renters are 100% responsible for any damage provided to the vehicle while in their possession.
• We do not offer or cover any collision damages, the renter will be responsible for the full extent of any damage that may occur while riding.
• If the renter damages the vehicle in an accident, the security deposit will be used to cover immediate repairs, depending on the damage the renter will be responsible for repairs to the rest of the damage.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND:
• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the start date and time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time or No Show, you will NOT be refunded and will be charged the full amount of booking.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted. • Any cancellation due to poor weather, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
• All refunds will be issued to the card used to make the initial booking.

The late return fee is $100 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour.
• We can arrange for your vehicle or vehicles to be delivered anywhere on the island for an additional fee of $50 per unit due at checkout.
• We can also arrange for your vehicle to be picked up, no need to bring it back to us. Just park back at your hotel or accommodation for an additional fee of $50 per unit due at checkout.
• Please refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level you received when you picked up the vehicle, failure to do so will incur a refueling fee which is typically above the local pump price.
• You can avoid the hassle of having to fuel up the vehicle before returning by selecting our Pre-pay fuel option during checkout for an additional fee of $35.
